The Visitor Management System allows you to register and manage new and
regular visitors as well as their vehicles. From any point within the
company including the reception desk, gate and lobby or via the
Internet: You can assign visitors to a specified host, create visitor
passes and specify the areas your visitors are allowed to access.
Furthermore, you can easily register entire groups via a quick register
mode.
The blocking periods of visitor cards are automatically
checked. Predefined access rights are taken into consideration for the
duration of the visitor's stay. If an expired ID is used to perform a
booking, access will be denied and, if applicable, the ID will be
withdrawn by the terminal.

Self-Registration at the Reception Desk
This software expansion allows your visitors to announce
their arrival at a separate terminal at the registration desk and to
enter their name, company, address and the name of their host. The
respective host is automatically informed and authorizes the
registration via PC.
