These badges are printed on a thermal printer and hence the running cost of this system is very low around 5 paise per badge. The Kiosk also has few other innovating facilities like Get Directions,

 Employee Temporary badges etc. Various reports which are needed by the Security & Other administrative staff can be fetched by sending a simple email to the Kiosk. Hence in case of an emergency the security can know the guest inside the building at a click of a button. The Kiosk is equipped with an in-build camera , thermal printer & a bar code reader A a LAN port is provided for the email exchange.
Because of this Kiosk it is now possible to maintain a Welcome & Visitor Friendly image to the guests, still maintaining a high level of vigilance.

A personalized visitor badge can be quickly printed that contains the visitor's photo. Visitor information is stored in a computer database, allowing reports of visitor activity to be quickly created. This information can be useful when investigating security or safety incidents, and for auditing billings by vendors or contractors.
